ABRASIVE STRIPS MagicGrip can supply a range of abrasive strips that are designed to dramatically reduce the risk of slipping in residential, commercial and industrial environments. The Abrasive Strips can be used on stairs, boats, safety lines, walkways, bathrooms, pool areas, factory floors and fire stairs etc. We can recommend which tape is suitable for your application. All tapes are self-adhering with an aggressive water-resistant adhesive on their underside. SEALERS AND COATINGS Both Surface and Penetrating Sealers Different substrates can require different sealers. On most porous substrates we use water based penetrating sealers that go deep into the surface on denser substrates we use solvent based sealers for a long-lasting result. There is generally very little change to the overall appearance of the tile and or stone, but it will repel water, dirt, mould etc and will leave a cleaner richer looking finish. Best substrates for sealers are SANDSTONE, BRICK, GRANITE, PAVERS etc. Before we seal any surface we chemically clean and high pressure clean the area to be treated, allow it to thoroughly dry, and then apply the appropriate sealer.
